- If you are looking for potent relief, it is recommended to take ½ dropper in the morning and ½ dropper before bed. Those with lower tolerances or those who experience drowsiness and/or trouble waking up should decrease their dosage or consider a lower potency tincture (1500mg Full-Spectrum).

Storage
