Subscription Terms & Conditions

These Subscription Terms govern your enrollment in and cancellation of subscription services offered through this website. They supplement the general Terms and Conditions and apply specifically to recurring subscription plans for our products or services. In the event of a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the general Terms and Conditions, these Subscription Terms will prevail with respect to subscription-related matters.

1. Subscription Enrollment

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of products or access to services as outlined in your selected plan. Subscriptions are billed on a periodic basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly) as specified at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method automatically for each billing cycle until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with these terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the terms outlined below. Cancellation does not affect any charges incurred prior to the effective cancellation date.

  • Notice Period: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the next billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle. Requests received after this deadline will take effect in the following billing cycle.
  • Effective Date: Upon successful submission of a cancellation request, your subscription will terminate at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied unless you reactivate your subscription. Access to subscription benefits will continue until the end of the paid period.

3. Refunds for Subscriptions

Subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle are not eligible for prorated refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law. All cancellation refund requests will be evaluated in accordance with our general Refund and Return Policy (see Section 9 of the Terms and Conditions) where applicable.

4. Modifications to Subscription

We reserve the right to modify subscription offerings, including pricing, frequency, or included products/services, with reasonable notice provided to you via email or through your account portal. You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree to the modified terms, with cancellation effective as outlined in Section 2.

5. Failure to Pay

If payment for a subscription cycle fails, we may attempt to reprocess the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful after 5 days, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription. You will be notified of payment issues via email.

6. Reactivation

If you choose to reactivate a cancelled subscription, you may do so by managing your subscriptions in your customer portal, o by contacting customer support at info@sycamorebp.com or 1 (877) 814-4188, or via https://sycamorebp.com/contact/. Pricing and availability at the time of reactivation will apply.

8. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, consistent with Section 25 of our general Terms and Conditions, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of U.S. courts.
